Kenny Goodman
Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, Kenny Goodman spent years of his childhood in school and church choirs, honing his voice over the years. His father exposed him to old school r&b music like Marvin Gaye and Sam Cooke. This heavily influenced Kenny and forged his love for the oldies. At age 17, he moved to Maryland and worked a variety of jobs from construction, server at a diner to a bar bouncer. Throughout this period, he would sing a lot in front of others and was told by many he had a good voice but he stayed modest and never saw singing as something to pursue till years later when he met Collin Westerlund while working together on a construction site. Westerlund, an aspiring singer/songwriter saw the potential in Kenny and eventually brought Kenny on to Arkansas House Records to sing songs that he had written for him. A lot is in store for Kenny Goodman so stay tuned for some fresh new tunes.
